Josephine Mporokoso BSN,RN

I bring over 17 years of healthcare experience to Serengeti Care. I began my career as a Certified Nursing Assistant before becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse and now a Bachelors trained  Registered Nurse. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University. Prior to joining the Serengeti team, I was a Resident Care Director for an assisted living community. I currently provide nursing oversight and help deliver holistic care to clients through specialized medical case management. I’m  grateful for the opportunity to get to know clients and their families, and support them with physical and emotional needs. I always try to provide them with the best care possible. Client Care Manager - Post Falls Idaho

LeeAnna Brown

My name is LeeAnna Brown, Client Care Manager in Post Falls, Idaho. I have been in the healthcare field for seven years. I started in memory care as a CNA working directly with the Dementia and Alzheimer’s population. I am passionate about taking care of people, not only our elderly population, but also the caregivers that take care of them. I moved to the management side of healthcare because I want to make a difference in as many lives as possible. I feel that if care staff know that they are honestly cared about, they provide the best care for their clients. Hobbies that I enjoy outside of work are traveling, spending time with my family, learning new things daily, and cooking. I am thankful to be part of Serengeti Care, and am able to positively impact others’ lives. My goal is to make a difference in the world, no matter how small that difference is, it is still a difference.

Client Care Manager - Sandpoint

Heather Hill

Hello, I’m Heather Hill, Sandpoint Client Care Manager. I am so excited to be part of the Serengeti team. I started my journey in the healthcare field 14 years ago. I started in the house keeping department at the same nursing home my mother worked at. In 2009, I completed the Kansas C.N.A program and got my license, I then was moved out of housekeeping and onto the floor to patient care. I stayed at that nursing home setting for four years. In 2011 then moved to Colorado where I became a traveling C.N.A., traveling across Colorado working whenever and wherever I was needed. The experience I gained from working in different facilities really opened my eyes to wanting to become more than a C.N.A. I saw a need for better training in the field of caregivers and knew I wanted to be able to help improve the care being provided. Seeing the need encouraged me to go to college where I earned my Bachelor of Business and Human Resources degree along with Idaho C.N.A. and Washington C.N.A licenses. Outside of work I am a proud Army Veteran wife and a mom of two beautiful children. I love coffee and sunshine. My goal would be to provide in home care for all our Veterans!!! I’m proud to say I work for Serengeti Care.
