I set Me time (15m) to reoccur daily at 10am and 3pm as a reminder to get up from my desk, leave work behind for a few minutes, and listen to “the rest of my brain”. Of course I’ll have to move the exact times around day-to-day to accommodate meetings and such, but at least it is on my calendar so I won’t forget. (Note I had already blocked Lunch out on my calendar a few months back to make sure I at least took that time each day). Great session! Thanks so much.
