It is my pleasure to re-introduce you to Kim Ramey! Although many of you know her well from the exemplary help she has given in several of our offices, she will be expanding her reach in our company with the transition from Scheduling coordinator to Client Care Manager.
With nearly three decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Kim’s journey began at a young age, accompanying her mother to nursing facilities, where her passion for caregiving was ignited. At just 13, she took on her first job in a facility kitchen, marking the beginning of a remarkable career.
Throughout her extensive tenure, Kim has worn many hats, from Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term care and hospital settings to management roles, where she excelled in scheduling and supply chain coordination. Prior to her return to healthcare, she spent a decade in Port Angeles, leading HR and inventory management for a yacht company.
Family is at the core of Kim’s life. With two children and 2 grandsons she cherishes moments spent with her loved ones. Whether it’s hosting family dinners, enjoying BBQs, or gathering around a bonfire, Kim’s heart is always with her family. Her spare time is filled with outdoor adventures with her grandson, gardening experiments, and impromptu trips to concerts or the beach, which she fondly refers to as her «attitude adjustment.»
A true adventurer, Kim finds joy in road trips and spontaneous plane rides to Alaska to visit her son and his growing family. Her love for travel and connection with her roots in Tacoma blend seamlessly with her appreciation for the serene country life on her five-acre property in Roy. With her wealth of experience and unwavering dedication to both her profession and her family, Kim brings a unique blend of expertise and warmth to her role as Client Care Manager.
