Maria, the case manager in Kennewick, is the most caring and supportive person I’ve ever known. She is professional but so kind and gentle that she makes a person feel they are the most important thing in her day. Her communication skills are excellent. She follows through on everything she says she will do in a very timely manner. She even came to help me herself when I needed help outside my regularly scheduled care hours. She was easy to reach and was always responsive to my questions. She is amazingly positive and glows with love for her job and the people she serves. She genuinely cares about each and every client. Her dedication to service and commitment to (and involvement in) our community is something rarely seen and is truly unique. I don’t think you can find a manager who would provide better coordination and problem resolution than Maria.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Serengeti Care in Renton when we needed all night care for my mother in an assisted living facility. A lovely young woman from Serengeti helped us three nights in a row. Even though my mother had descended into delirium and was agitated and somewhat hostile and demanding throughout the night, the CNA was professional, caring and helpful. She gave the family some much needed time away with our minds at ease that mom was in very good hands. Thank you to Serengeti for their professionalism, rapid response and caring help. We were so pleased with their service.

My daughter, Isabel had suffered a severe stroke last year that left her very disabled in many ways. Her physical skills are very compromised forsing her to be in a wheelchair most of the time.
At first it was Ms Erica, Owner of Serengeti Health Care company and now it is Ms. Heather Hill at their new office in Sandpoint who is supporting the team. The assistance that my daughter is receiving from all of their employees, Ms. Michelle, is excelent, acording to my daughter's coments. I am far away and am VERY pleased with the service and the help my daughter is receiving from the team. I can highly recomend this group of Ladies to anyone who is in need of some very reliable home and heath care for a loved one.
Thank you all at Serengeti for being there when I needed you most as well as for the continuing help and service until my daughter gets better.

This is an Amazing Company and wonderful management!

My mom was in need of an immediate companionship for a brief period of time while I sorted out her new living situation. With only a few hours notice Serengeti came through and was able to provide proper companionship round the clock for her. One dear lady, Zoe, went above and beyond to meet both my mom's needs and so many other bits that were way beyond the call of duty. She will forever remain an angel to me.

Serengeti in pullman Washington is a great company to work with, they work hard to supply rural areas with quality caregivers. They stay on top of training and credentials, the staff is very friendly and provides excellent customer service.
