You and Caroline made the last two days a ton of fun and you created an atmosphere that was

I usually have a much harder time to open up in a group of people that I don’t know, but it was
very easy to do.
I truly enjoyed learning about how our brain works, how important it is to take care of ourselves

@Kimberly Joy Morgan You really bring JOY to people and I think I finally managed to find my role model
in happiness and well-being. I put my vision board right next to my Home Office to remember what is
really important hoping that I can achieve what you did in your journey of health and happiness, no
matter the obstacles I will face on my way.

I set Me time (15m) to reoccur daily at 10am and 3pm as a reminder to get up from my desk, leave work behind for a few minutes, and listen to “the rest of my brain”. Of course I’ll have to move the exact times around day-to-day to accommodate meetings and such, but at least it is on my calendar so I won’t forget. (Note I had already blocked Lunch out on my calendar a few months back to make sure I at least took that time each day). Great session! Thanks so much. My wife told me last night that I had a completely new look about me. I intend to do the work to make sure I don’t lose it…

Very Positive and Enlightening. I have had many Employers pay for workshops to help me do my job better…..This workshop was more of a way to help me get better personally….so I can be more productive for my employer. I’m able to keep pressures and priorities in order. 10 – STARS!

This program opened up a whole new view in regards to overall wellbeing that I never thought about before. You have to find a balance and remember you come first because if you do not take care of yourself, you cannot take care of your family or your work responsibilities properly. In the first 90 minutes you showed me what I had been failing to do and why I’d been growing angrier and angrier over the last 5 months. My failure to give adequate time to heal my mind and body was keeping me from being the full practitioner, that I typically am, of all the other elements you encourage us to be as a manager of a team. As someone who prides myself in being self aware you showed me quickly that I wasn’t affording myself an opportunity to be self aware. I am happily rectifying that situation now.  I’ve also been using the flight and two meditation/stretching sessions since Thursday to complete my forgiveness of self for my failures and acceptance of what I will now do moving forward. The ROI you and your team target for me will be fulfilled. I’m already a better father and husband for your efforts and I’m excited for Monday to complete the professional side. The staff makes the process of getting started with services easy and convenient. We have gotten services from other providers in the Valley, and we have found this experience to be better for our family. When we need to reach out, staff are easy to reach and eager to help.

Serengeti was a huge help at a difficult time. They were very transparent about fees, and had quality staff that was there to help our friend in need.

Serengeti Care is an outstanding home care facility even when you have a family member in an assisted living facility they come out to help out.
