Serengeti Care is an outstanding home care facility even when you have a family member in an assisted living facility they come out to help out. I feel so blessed that my friend referred me to Serengeti care. I find that the staff here are available , knowledgeable and so very supportive. My father has dementia. This is such a difficult thing to understand and I have had support and guidance in helping me navigate through different ways in which I can provide better quality of life for him. The office staff were kind, wise and available for me and I ended the conversation feeling like I am the most important person that they had to talk to that day. The care givers are thoughtful and have helped me communicate and care for my dad. One even helped me on her own time. Thank you!!

Samantha with Serengeti Care came to our rescue when we needed to find in-home care for our Mother. She came to our Parent's apartment helping to arrange the caregiving she needed. The caregivers Serengeti provided (Ryan and Lillian) were outstanding, the attention to detail and the compassion and attentiveness to my Mother's needs were beyond amazing. Samantha's help and follow-up throughout my Mother"s and her attention to any concerns and changes we had/needed for my Mother were outstanding and a blessing. We have had a caregiver for my husband, Thomas for many months now with Serengeti. Her name is Barbara Wren and she is beyond superb! However, I want to mention Kirsten Johnson who has been around from the beginning of our experience with Serengeti. She has taken care of business at the Spokane office when it was under a lot of turmoil. Things were in a mess, but she did the work of three people and got things straightened out only to have someone come in who doesn't appear to know what they are doing and doesn't seem to have the same work ethic. Kirsten has always been available when needed 24/7. She has been in our home and we found her to be a very professional person who really cares about her people-caregivers and clients. We want to applaud Serengeti for having the quality people of Kirsten Johnson and Barbara Wren. I hope they are suitably rewarded for the outstanding job they do. We couldn't ask for better people in this business and you should be very proud of them!!!

What an amazing company! The service they provide goes above and beyond my expectations. Maria leads her extraordinary team of caregivers with honesty, trust, integrity and selflessness. Her caregivers follow her example and deliver the care consistently to my 96 year old father. I appreciate the dependability, compassion and genuine support I have received.
