This program opened up a whole new view in regards to overall wellbeing that I never thought about before. You have to find a balance and remember you come first because if you do not take care of yourself, you cannot take care of your family or your work responsibilities properly. This class has truly been life changing for me and I cannot thank Elizabeth enough for giving me the tools to find this peace.

Very Positive and Enlightening. I have had many Employers pay for workshops to help me do my job better…..This workshop was more of a way to help me get better personally….so I can be more productive for my employer. I’m able to keep pressures and priorities in order. 10 - STARS!

I set Me time (15m) to reoccur daily at 10am and 3pm as a reminder to get up from my desk, leave work behind for a few minutes, and listen to “the rest of my brain”. Of course I’ll have to move the exact times around day-to-day to accommodate meetings and such, but at least it is on my calendar so I won’t forget. (Note I had already blocked Lunch out on my calendar a few months back to make sure I at least took that time each day). Great session! Thanks so much. You and Caroline made the last two days a ton of fun and you created an atmosphere that was extremely welcoming. I usually have a much harder time to open up in a group of people that I don’t know, but it was very easy to do. I truly enjoyed learning about how our brain works, how important it is to take care of ourselves and how important it is to connect with my co-workers on different levels. I can’t wait for the 2 nd round of this program.
