Erika Cardinale is the regional manager for Serengeti Care. She has had an extensive career in healthcare spanning over 22 years. With a true passion for helping people, Ms. Cardinale started her career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), working with the Development Disabilities Administration (DDA) population. As a CNA, Ms. Cardinale provided in-home care, assisted living and hospice care in skilled nursing settings. For the past seven years, Ms. Cardinale has taken on management roles, furthering her impact of improving the lives of others.

As Serengeti’s regional manager, Ms. Cardinale is most proud of her work she does with the veteran population. She has a lot of gratitude for the opportunity to make a positive difference for veteran’s well-being and care. Ms. Cardinale’s passion for serving others extends with her dedication to her community as a volunteer. She can often be found in soup kitchens, supporting local thrift stores or participating in local events–spreading awareness of home care options and assisting those in need.

In addition to her professional accomplishments and community work, Ms. Cardinale finds fulfillment in her personal life spending quality time with those she loves. Ms. Cardinale is happily married and a mother to four wonderful children. In her leisure time, she enjoys engaging in activities like disc golf and bingo.
