I bring over 15 years of experience serving diverse and vulnerable populations, including 11 years working with children and adults with autism in behavioral residential care and 4 years supporting homeless and at-risk veterans. In both roles, I have been dedicated to connecting individuals with the services they need, advocating for their well-being, and helping them achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
Caregiving has always been my passion. As a Branch Manager in in-home care, my focus is on ensuring clients maintain a high quality of life while supporting staff in delivering compassionate, reliable, and consistent care. I take pride in fostering a team environment that feels family-oriented, while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
Raised in a small town and rooted in community values, I bring that same spirit of connection and trust into my work. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy collecting Hot Wheels, riding side-by-sides on the dunes, relaxing in soaking pools, baking, and spending quality time with my family. As a proud mom of three, I understand the importance of balance, care, and creating a safe, supportive environment for others to thrive.
