My first job was in a care setting, and seeing the impact quality care makes inspired me to dedicate my career to this field. Over time, I have grown from caregiving and providing direct support to leading as a Branch Manager, where I focus on supporting both caregivers and clients with compassion and consistency. To me, quality care is like music on the piano; each note matters, but it is the harmony between them that creates something truly meaningful. In the same way, I believe care is built on balance, listening, patience, and connection all working together. Outside of work, I find peace in nature and creativity at the piano, both of which remind me that the best outcomes, whether in music or in care, come from practice, heart, and the desire to bring people together.
