LeeAnna Brown is a people-first operations leader at Serengeti Care who truly believes that good systems make caring for people easier. Her heart for healthcare started early, after a third-grade school field trip, she just knew this was the kind of work she wanted to do.
She’s been working in healthcare since 2017, starting on the front lines in memory care as a CNA and Resident Care Coordinator (RCC). Those years shaped how she shows up today with empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for caregivers and the families they support.
Now, as Director of Operations at Serengeti Care, LeeAnna focuses on helping teams feel supported, confident, and set up for success. She works closely with leaders and staff to build processes that actually make sense in real life, always keeping people at the center of the work.
When she’s not working, LeeAnna loves traveling, camping, and spending time with her family. Whether she’s around a campfire or supporting a team through a challenge, she values connection, balance, and showing up for people in meaningful ways.
