My name is Rochelle Bauer. I was born in Decatur, Illinois, but I’ve lived in Missoula, Montana for the past 17 years. I got my CNA certificate when I was 18 and started working in skilled nursing facilities, hospice, and assisted living. After a while, I found a sense of belonging as a home care professional.
For the last five years, I’ve been working in healthcare management, and it’s truly become my passion project. I find real purpose in being able to meet people where they’re at and help uplift them, so they feel confident staying in their homes with just a little help.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll hopefully not find me, because I’m out in the mountains with my husband, our son, and our two dogs.
I’m really looking forward to continuing to serve my community as a Serengeti representative.
