You fill out the franchise inquiry form, name, contact, state of interest, and a couple of quick background questions. Within one business day, a member of our franchise team reaches out to introduce themselves and schedule a short, no-pressure call.
A 15β20 minute conversation with our franchise development team, focused on your background, what’s drawing you to home care, and your high-level questions. We cover what Serengeti is and isn’t, and what a realistic timeline and investment look like, so by the end of the call, both sides know whether a deeper conversation makes sense.
Review the legal and financial picture with care.
If we agree to move forward, you will receive our Franchise Disclosure Document, the full legal and financial picture of the opportunity. By law, you have a minimum 14-day review period, and we recommend using that time with a qualified franchise attorney and an accountant; good questions after FDD review are the sign of a serious candidate.
Confirm the market you can build in.
We work with you to evaluate and confirm your target territory, population, demographics, referral ecosystem, competitive landscape, and alignment with Serengeti’s growth map. The goal is to make sure the territory we protect for you is one you can actually build a strong business in.
Meet the people and operation behind the model.
You come to our Federal Way, Washington headquarters to meet Dr. Munanga, Josephine, and the operating team in person, tour a real Serengeti operating location, and ask anything – financial, clinical, operational, cultural, personal. Discovery Day is designed so you leave either fully confident in the decision or confident that it isn’t the right fit.
Formalize the relationship and prepare to launch.
Once both sides are aligned, we execute the Franchise Agreement and you pay the franchise fee. At this point, your territory is formally protected, your launch team is assigned, and your 90-day countdown to opening begins.
Move from signed agreement to open doors
You complete the 5-day onboarding in Renton (or virtually) and move into your structured 3-month launch window, state licensure, ACHC-aligned documentation setup, initial caregiver hiring, referral-partner outreach, and first clients. Your launch lead is on standing weekly calls with you until you are open and stable.
