Originally from Europe, Aljona “Ally” has spent half her life in Germany and half in the United Kingdom. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare and senior care, she trained and worked as a nurse with the National Health Service England (NHS) before relocating to Oregon.

While attending university, Ally completed internships in Germany and Austria, collaborating with healthcare and public health professionals to expand her clinical and leadership experience.

Throughout her career, she has worked with corporate and nonprofit organizations across England. As a Registered Care Manager in London, she also helped shape innovative healthcare technology startups focused on making high-quality in-home care more accessible. She is passionate about supporting older adults and individuals who need compassionate, personalized care.

After moving to the United States in 2024, Ally served as a Health Services Administrator in assisted living in Eugene before relocating to Bend to join Serengeti Care. She appreciates the ever-evolving nature of the care industry and cannot imagine doing anything else.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys road trips, camping, rock climbing, horseback riding, and running. She also loves adventure, including bungee jumping and skydiving. At home, she enjoys relaxing with her two cats, reading memoirs, and listening to country music.
