Hailey Chang’s journey in healthcare began in 2018 when she became a home care aide. From the beginning, she knew she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives and help provide the care and support they deserve.

In 2024, Hailey continued her education and earned her certified nursing assistant credential. That same year, she transitioned into a Staffing Coordinator position, where she discovered how much she enjoyed supporting caregivers and connecting families with quality care.

In 2026, Hailey stepped into her role as a Branch Manager at Serengeti Care. She also became a State Proctor, giving her the opportunity to help future caregivers grow and succeed in their careers.

Having started as a caregiver herself, Hailey understands firsthand the hard work, compassion, and dedication that go into this profession. She believes that when caregivers feel supported and appreciated, they can provide the best possible care to their clients.
Hailey truly enjoys the people Serengeti Care serves and the work she does. She is grateful to be part of a team that makes a difference every day.
