He has a passion for building scalable growth models that align operational excellence, brand consistency, and strong local leadership.
With a background spanning home care operations, retirement living, compliance, and healthcare marketing, Jeff brings a comprehensive, systems-oriented perspective to growth. He works closely with franchise partners, branch leaders, and executive leadership to support new market entry, strengthen referral relationships, and ensure our branches are positioned for long-term sustainability.
Jeff is a licensed retirement community administrator and has spent years working directly alongside caregivers, client care managers, and referral partners. In addition to his healthcare leadership, Jeff is actively involved in nonprofit and humanitarian initiatives focused on underserved communities, particularly in Africa. His experience working in resource-limited environments has shaped his leadership philosophy and reinforces his commitment to dignity, stewardship, and lasting impact.
Earlier in his career, Jeff served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, gaining firsthand experience in emergency response, and teamwork under pressure. He has also volunteered in mobile clinic operations in rural Africa, supporting care delivery from a field ambulance in resource-limited environments. These experiences continue to shape his people-first leadership approach and reinforce his commitment to compassionate, accessible care.
