Lisa began her home care journey in 2014 as a Branch Manager, where she had the opportunity to build a new branch from the ground up. That experience sparked a lasting passion for home care and gave her a strong foundation in operations, team development, client service, caregiver support, and community growth. She was later promoted to General Manager, expanding her leadership across multiple locations and helping teams grow through strong relationships, accountability, and consistent support.
